Whistler Part Deux
As you all know our first attempt at Whistler back in November was a disaster but last weekend was AMAZING! We had clear blue sunny skies both days and the snow was dry and fluffy = Perfect. We spent the entire day in the Whistler bowl and we skied the steepest runs I have ever seen! One of the runs was so scary that I was completely frozen while we stood at the top - after a few minutes of debating I decided that I should do it or else I'd regret it. I did and I loved it! Tom also jumped off a few cliffs that were in between 8-10ft high (I took the easy way around - I'm not ready for cliffs yet!). I didn't take any pictures unfortunately because on Saturday the camera was frozen so it didn't turn on and on Sunday the battery died (plus I had to stop skiing with him for the afternoon because my legs were dead.)!!! Anyway, it was a lot of fun and we're going back this weekend to do Blackcomb!
